#WeMove campaign for the Transfer Window:
We are proactive to customers' challenges and their yearning to move to better Pension Funds Administrators (PFA). Thus, when the National Pension Commission (PenCom) finally rolled out the Pension Transfer Window initiative towards the end of 2020, enabling Retirement Savings Account (RSA) holders to move from one PFA to another. Through our knowledge of foresight, we immediately engaged the public on a communications plan tagged #WeMove to bring in new customers who were eager for a change while ensuring we stepped up all efforts to keep adding value to existing customers.
If you are an RSA holder thinking of moving to another PFA, we are excited to receive you. Our process is quite easy. All we need from you are;
1. Surname.
2. RSA PIN.
3. Current Telephone Number.
4. Email address (not compulsory but highly desirable for receiving updates on the RSA transfer request status).
5. A fingerprint of the RSA holder, which should be captured live by the receiving PFA.
And for those that want to open an RSA for the first time, the steps are simple as well;
1. Visit www.oakpensions.com and navigate to the "DOWNLOADS" menu bar, scroll down the submenu, and click on the "RSA FORMS."
2. Download and print the RSA form, fill accurately in capital letters with your necessary information.
3. Attach your passport photograph to the RSA form
4. Attach and upload your RSA form along with your National Identification Number (NIN) slip and email it to info@oakpensions.com
5. Your RSA pin will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
6. Also, with an SMS to confirm activation of your account.

As a customer-centric PFA, we went beyond the regular communication to engage them in their local languages with the "Retire Today" campaign. We created a radio song in English and the major local languages in Nigeria, Yoruba, Hausa, and Igbo, to be in tune with our customers. The Radio Jingle aired on the top-ranked radio stations in Lagos, Abuja, and the West, North, East, and Southern parts of the country. This move set a new level of success not just for Oak Pensions but also for the pension industry and eventually earned us the second-placed pension firm in the country according to 2020 PenCom ranking, the apex body that regulates Nigeria's pension industry.

As an organisation that is focused on customers' needs, we came up with the supporting tagline "Ready To Serve" this year. This comes as a direct response to customer feedback over time to proffer solutions to their challenges. We plan to remain proactive and get in front of their complaints because we are driven by customers' needs and make the necessary changes.
We will continue to publicise notable improvements in Oak Pensions' service delivery for our audience to benefit from it. We have also stepped up our customer service team to improve our response rate and time to customer challenges, primarily through our digital communication channels.
